Palletised Delivery and The 5 -7 day delivery on some products Explained
Palletised Delivery
For our larger items where pallet delivery is essential to ensure they reach you safely please read the following information:
- Orders will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days when orders placed before 10am
- Deliveries take place Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm
- Next Day or Saturday deliveries are not an available option unfortunately
- On the agreed delivery date, the customer will receive a 2 hour delivery window via email/text
- We will charge you for re-delivery if you are not present to accept it or you refuse delivery.
- All deliveries will be made kerbside only, please ensure that suitable access is available. The driver is not permitted to carry the item into the home, and as such the pallet will be left at kerbside/ doorway only. The pallet will be left with the customer and not taken away.
- Deliveries must be checked before signing and any faults or damages must be noted with the signature or acceptance of the order, we recommend refusing a damaged delivery, this is the fastest resolution.
- Once delivered, the items become your property and therefore your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Due to the nature of these products it is currently not available for delivery to a small selection of mainland postcodes, or off-shore locations (Isle of Man, Northern Ireland ) including the following postcodes:

5 - 7 Day Delivery on some products (these items are NOT Palletised)
Implementing a 5-7 day delivery timeframe for certain products when ordering to order (also known as made-to-order or on-demand manufacturing) by adopting a made-to-order model, we can reduce the need for large inventory storage and associated costs. However, it also means that products aren't readily available for immediate shipping. The 5-7 day delivery timeframe allows for efficient inventory management while ensuring customers receive their orders within a reasonable time frame.
